- We accept returns made within 10 working days from receipt of the item by sending communication to our Email address email@example.com
- If the item is returned due to an error in ordering on the buyers part, shipping will not be refunded.
- Please contact us before returning the item, explaining the reasons for the return We will then supply the correct shipping address.
RETURN POSTAGE IS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER.
- No refund will be made if: the item is damaged, not in the original packaging, missing any components, lost, tampered with or modified in any way, or damaged by the courier.
- The item is the buyer’s responsibility until it has been received by us. It is therefore suggested that returns are carried out using an insured courier and traceable shipping.
- The seller will refund the customer the amount already paid, the value of the refund will be equal to the product price excluding shipping costs, as soon as possible through the method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
- Reimbursement may take a few days once the goods are received, this allows the relevant paperwork to be completed.
